Miyazakigyu Wagyu ground beef comes from the Miyazaki Prefecture on southern Japan’s Kyushu Island. This A5 graded beef, which is the highest quality of Japanese beef, is perfect for burger patties, pastas, soups, or any recipe that calls for premium beef. A versatile product that can be utilized by both the novice cook and the seasoned chef, this ground beef embodies the signature flavor of Japanese Wagyu and leaves a lasting impression on the palate!

Miyazakigyu Wagyu ground beef is ideal for burger patties, pasta, soups, tacos, chili, pizza, pies, salads, and sauces. Wagyu beef has a higher fat content, which makes the beef juicy, tender, and ultimately more delicious. Because of the composition, Wagyu beef burgers will often cook faster than regular beef burgers. Keep this in mind when cooking, and use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. Cook to your desired doneness.

Rare 120°-125°
Medium-Rare 130°-135°
Medium 140°-145°
Medium-Well 150°-155°
Well Done 160° and above
Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday for Tuesday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays, based on shipping method selected at checkout. Orders placed after 3:00PM EST will ship the next eligible business day. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and orders cannot be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

PACKAGING: Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. Orders will be delivered frozen or slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit.

Insanely Good

D8’s regular wagyu hamburger is better than any other hamburger meat I’ve tried by a substantial margin. My boys and I have been on a quest to eat the best hamburger in existence. We thought the “normal” wagyu was it........then you started selling this Miyazaki beef. So I bought a pound and some more of the regular wagyu to do a taste test. After grilling them we took a bite of your wagyu, still really good. Then a bite of the A5 burger, holy smoke! What intense beef flavor. This is my new best hamburger by a margin. Though it’s pricey, i’ll be buying it a few times a year for special occasions. It doesn’t have a regular hamburger consistency, it bites through like butter. If you can deal with that, you really should try this at least once, you’ll be amazed. The picture I attached shows the A5 on the left side. The fat in it started to melt immediately and cause flames to lick up around it.
