Monumental in size and flavor, the Fullblood Wagyu tomahawk steak (sometimes referred to as "cowboy steak") is cut of beef ribeye with the rib bone left in. Hand cut with bountiful marbling, this hardy and juicy steak will leave a lasting impression, and it will most likely leave you full! Though its size may look “tough”, the tomahawk is tender and will melt in your mouth. Due to the thickness of the cut, we recommend using a thermometer when cooking to ensure that the internal temperature of the steak reaches 130 degrees.
