Highly marbled and often considered the best steak by Wagyu beef connoisseurs, the Fullblood Wagyu boneless Ribeye is meat gold, cut from the rib section. Robust flavor, tenderness, and juiciness are the signature qualities of the Ribeye steak. Cooked in a skillet or over direct heat on the grill, the Fullblood Wagyu Ribeye steak is the definition of delicious!

Due to natural variations in our cattle, shape, size, and/or weight of individual cuts may vary. It is normal to see slight variations in color depending on both the type of product and the aging process.

Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Cook to Rare or Medium-Rare for best flavor and texture. Overcooking a Wagyu ribeye can cause too much of the intramuscular fat (marbling) to melt away, leaving it tough and chewy.

Avoid cooking over direct flame. Due to high amount of intramuscular fat, as the Ribeye cooks, that fat will begin to melt and drip off, which can create a lot of smoke and cause the flame to flare up.

Recommended Internal Cooking Temps:

Rare 120°-125°
Medium Rare 130°-135°
Medium 140°-145°
Medium Well 150°-155°
Well Done 160° and above
Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday for Tuesday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays, based on shipping method selected at checkout. Orders placed after 3:00PM EST will ship the next eligible business day. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and orders cannot be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

PACKAGING: Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. Orders will be delivered frozen or slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit.

Best value wagyu!

If you’re hooked on A5, this is an incredible value at 40% of the price. It might not hit the tippy top levels of A5, but unless you’ve already experienced that, this, cooked properly, will be the best steak of your life. You may even like this better. It has all the best qualities of Japanese beef. The fat starts melting at room temperature, and is very soft and melty almost like a salmon belly. The meat is super tender. There’s just less marbling than in the import version. Because Americans like everything big - that can be a plus. You’re still going to want to eat much less of this than an American steak, but you can eat more than at A5 fat levels. Wagyu is a different aesthetic- it’s not about plowing through 48oz mega steaks - it’s about savoring small bites of perfection. I cut a 14oz ribeye into 2-5oz steaks, and a 3rd portion for steak & eggs leftovers. Heavenly.

Best Ribeye Ever

Ordering was simple. Product showed up quick and packaged well. Fried it in cast iron pad with minimal seasoning and it was definately the best tasting and tender rib I have ever had.

Great looking steak

I am waiting for the holiday to prepare it. It looks really good, marbled is best I have seen. I think this is as good as any A5 steak you could buy.
