Highly marbled and often considered the best steak by Wagyu beef connoisseurs, the Fullblood Wagyu boneless Ribeye is meat gold, cut from the rib section. Robust flavor, tenderness, and juiciness are the signature qualities of the Ribeye steak. Cooked in a skillet or over direct heat on the grill, the Fullblood Wagyu Ribeye steak is the definition of delicious!

Cooking Tips
- Grill

Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Cook to Rare or Medium-Rare for best flavor and texture. Overcooking a Wagyu ribeye can cause too much of the intramuscular fat (marbling) to melt away, leaving it tough and chewy.

Avoid cooking over direct flame. Due to high amount of intramuscular fat, as the Ribeye cooks, that fat will begin to melt and drip off, which can create a lot of smoke and cause the flame to flare up.

Recommended Internal Cooking Temps:

Rare 120°-125°
Medium Rare 130°-135°
Medium 140°-145°
Medium Well 150°-155°
Well Done 160° and above

    You will not be disappointed!!

    The most amazing steak I have ever had! Juicy, tender and full of flavor!! A pinch of salt and pepper, and cook as directed; you will not be disappointed. Have also ordered the burgers, and sausage. Not sure I can ever go back ... will absolutely order again!

    Most amazing steak!!

    I have actually ordered wagyu once before, however it wasn’t full blood. It was very very good, but these steaks were at a whole new level! The richness and flavor is indescribable. Me and my wife cannot go back to another steak now! We cooked a prime ribeye at the same time for our kids, so we were actually able to do a side by side. We crave it now all the time. I can say from my experience, grilling steak is usually the best method for me, but this time around I chose to cook one on grill and one on a cast iron cooktop. The cooktop allowed the steaks to cook in its own fat which yielded a better result. Just my opinion here.I seared both sides, then cut them into thick strips and flashed each side. We didn’t even get these onto a plate. Lol. Very romantic Valentines Day dinner at the cooktop. We will certainly be finding ways to order these along with some of your other amazing products on a regular. Thank you!

    Expectation met and then some

    Now when I bought this meat I was looking threw over 10 up to 20 websites which all Had some claim to full blood wagyu. When I bought it I was kinda mixed up and Thought I had bought full blood A5 wagyu but it turns out it's just full blood. Now when I saw the meat initially I was very pleased for 2 reasons. Number one was that the Meat probabaly looked better all 3 steaks then the one in the picture which is a very Humble approach and I thank you all for putting out better product then you put out Pictures so when I see what's in the picture if I like it I'll like what's in person far more In addition the steaks were also all slightly over 1.6lb that I was not expecting!! Thank You double8cattle.co cause from the quality to the quantity you surpassed the expectations I had set for the price range you had the steaks listed for and as a plus Which is kinda why I bought from you in the first place you gave free shipping on orders over 200$ and well I had 250$ to spend so I was a happy camper when unlike most websites I wasn't asked go add another 60$ ( nearly the price of a steak ) to the bill. I'm happy I haven't yet cooked them they are cut thicker then advertised but also being so much more then advertised I cannot complain as I'd cut it and half and have 3 steaks if I needed it that thin they came about 1.5inches thick
