Seasoned with fresh chopped garlic and rosemary, then added salt and pepper. Seared on both sides and edges, but was careful to keep rare. Absolutely the best steak we’ve ever found and a near match to Kobe beef. Matched with porcini and shiitake risotto and a fabulous red wine. We’ll be ordering more from Double8 for sure!
Easy to order. Product arrived early and in a cole container with dry ice. I was skeptical about the "HYPE" of WAGYU BEEF!! After reverse searing to a perfect medium rare.....let's just say the taste was INCREDIBLE!!! A great cut Porterhouse w/ no trimming. If you want to treat yourself to a fresh, succulent and juicy Steak....Double 8 should be on your plate!!!
