My friend and I are in constant competition to find the best meat of any kind. I got 25 lbs of ground Wagyu for Labor Day and we made burgers and meat loafs last night. We compared Wagyu burgers from SNR, Crowd Cow and D’Artagnan. CLEAR winner for flavor and tenderness was Double 8. Buy it you won’t regret it. In addition, I had a minor problem with my order that I reported on a Sunday….within an hour I had a text from the President of the company and it was resolved by Monday morning
