I love this steak, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Served it to my dad and brother, the three of us agreed it was the best steak we have ever had. Will definitely buy again and try other cuts. Highly recommend buying meat from double 8.
Tender and Juicy
The steak is tender and juicy. I also bought a Flank from Kroger and compared. I cut both in half and marinated half and then just used steak seasoning on the other halves. Grill both at the same time. The verdict from the family was that the Wagyu steak was more tender and more juicy than the store bought one. The Wagyu has a little bit more of a beefy flavor also. Very pleased with it
What a great Flank Steak
This is my second purchase of this steak. Just wonderfully tender, juicy and flavorful. We barbecued to medium rare and let stand of ten minutes. Sliced thinly and served over Ciabatta Bread. You will not be disappointed.
