The Fullblood Wagyu beef sirloin tip steak is actually cut from the Round primal, making this steak naturally more lean and perfect for those looking for a lighter steak experience. A great value for its size, the Wagyu beef sirloin tip steak is fairly tender with moderate marbling. It is an ideal steak for tenderizing with your favorite marinades before cooking.

The sirloin tip steak is ideal with a tenderizing marinade before grilling. Due to its size, a good cut for smoking or slow cooking as a small roast. Also great for making kabobs, stew meat or cubed steak. Best when cooked to a medium-rare doneness.

    Sirloin? Sirloin?!

    Simply the best sirloin I have ever cooked
