Highly marbled and often considered the best steak by Wagyu beef connoisseurs, the Fullblood Wagyu boneless ribeye is cut from the rib section. Robust flavor, tenderness, and juiciness are the signature qualities of the ribeye steak. Cooked in a skillet or over direct heat on the grill, the Fullblood Wagyu ribeye steak is the definition of delicious!

Cooking Tips
- Grill

Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Cook to Rare or Medium-Rare for best flavor and texture. Overcooking a Wagyu ribeye can cause too much of the intramuscular fat (marbling) to melt away, leaving it tough and chewy.

Avoid cooking over direct flame. Due to high amount of intramuscular fat, as the Ribeye cooks, that fat will begin to melt and drip off, which can create a lot of smoke and cause the flame to flare up.

Recommended Internal Cooking Temps:

Rare 120°-125°
Medium Rare 130°-135°
Medium 140°-145°
Medium Well 150°-155°
Well Done 160° and above

    i started with rib eyes that words can not describe how good and juicy these steaks are!! the skirts tho are also amazing!! love this ranch!!!

    Unbelievable

    Salt, pepper, pan sear and basted in its own juices. The overall experience was incredible. Upon biting into the meat it just explodes with flavor and juices. Best steak I’ve ever had. 10/10 will buy again without even thinking twice.

    Expectation met and then some

    Now when I bought this meat I was looking threw over 10 up to 20 websites which all Had some claim to full blood wagyu. When I bought it I was kinda mixed up and Thought I had bought full blood A5 wagyu but it turns out it's just full blood. Now when I saw the meat initially I was very pleased for 2 reasons. Number one was that the Meat probabaly looked better all 3 steaks then the one in the picture which is a very Humble approach and I thank you all for putting out better product then you put out Pictures so when I see what's in the picture if I like it I'll like what's in person far more In addition the steaks were also all slightly over 1.6lb that I was not expecting!! Thank You double8cattle.co cause from the quality to the quantity you surpassed the expectations I had set for the price range you had the steaks listed for and as a plus Which is kinda why I bought from you in the first place you gave free shipping on orders over 200$ and well I had 250$ to spend so I was a happy camper when unlike most websites I wasn't asked go add another 60$ ( nearly the price of a steak ) to the bill. I'm happy I haven't yet cooked them they are cut thicker then advertised but also being so much more then advertised I cannot complain as I'd cut it and half and have 3 steaks if I needed it that thin they came about 1.5inches thick

    I haven't eaten it yet, but it looks wonderful and the cuts were 50% larger than advertised. So that was nice.
