Part of the short loin and the “diamond” of the tenderloin, the filet mignon is arguably the most tender cut of Fullblood Wagyu beef. Embodying the melt-in-your-mouth quality with beautiful marbling, the filet mignon is the ideal steak for the most discerning palate!

Best cooked quickly and over direct heat, the filet mignon’s tenderness and rich flavor are best highlighted when the steak is cooked to a medium-rare or medium doneness.

Recommended Internal Cooking Temps:
Rare - 120°-125°
Medium Rare - 130°-135°
Medium - 140°-145°
Medium Well - 150°-155°
Well Done - 160° and above

PACKAGING: Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. Orders will be delivered frozen or slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit.

    The best steak I have ever made at home/eaten to date. Flavor was out of this world........ The tenderness... you don't need a knife. WE WILL be ordering a lot of these when they're available.

    Best Filet

    I have ordered this steak for my wife due to her teeth being sore from surgery. Personally, these are well marbled and delicious. Well worth the money. Have to try the Ribeyes, my favorite.

    Worth The Money

    One of the best cuts of meat I have ever had. Beautiful marbling, good flavor, and excellent texture. It looked like the provided image, so I can say that I got exactly what I ordered. A little expensive, so probably not for a meal every weekend, but when you want to have a nice meal, this meat is definitely worth the price.
