Description
Fullblood Wagyu beef chuck comes from the forequarter. Cut from the chuck primal next to the chuck eye steak, this cut is impressive in both flavor and size. Our chefs recommend an herb, red wine, or korican marinade before cooking the steak in the oven, pan-searing, or grilling. Both braising the steak (first searing the meat then cooking it over low heat for several hours) and preparing it in a slow cooker result in deliciously tender beef. If you’re looking for a flavorful cut of Fullblood Wagyu beef that is comparatively cost-effective, the chuck steak is a great choice!

    Wagyu chuck

    The packaged arrived very nicely packed and was still frozen cooked it about a week or 2 later everyone loved it said it was so good very happy with the results, first time customer and definitely won’t be the last can’t wait to try the rib eye next time

    BEST BEEF EVER!

    I’ve lived in the South most of my life, and tried many various types of beef. Wagyu is hands-down the best beef I have ever eaten. I have tried several cuts, but I can hardly wait to try their prime rib(I imagine it will be a little slice of Heaven, and will submit a review as soon as I try it.) This meat is delicious! If you like beef, do yourself a favor, and try this. You will throw rocks at your regular brand.

    Great Burgers

    Received my Wagyu burgers and immediately fired up my grill! The wife and I will never eat another regular burger again! You have spoiled us. I will try your steaks next and am sure they will be as good!
