Description
Fullblood Wagyu short ribs come from the lower rib cage, the area called the short plate or plate. High in protein and essential vitamins, the thick and hardy short ribs are also known for their fat distribution which influences their amazing flavor.

Whether braised, grilled, or cooked in the oven or slow cooker, cook these short ribs low and slow to allow the intramuscular fat to cook into the meat for rich buttery and melt in your mouth flavor. Use a simple seasoning or rub, or complementing sauce to add to the natural flavor.

    Wicked short ribs

    Never had any short ribs better. I cooked them Asian style . The meat was awesome..

    Well worth it

    Short Ribs were amazing. I put them in the oven for 11 hours on low temperature to let them slow cook, with fat cap on top. All the fat rendered into the meat leaving a crispy, airy layer of deliciousness

    YUM ... YUM

    Tried the short ribs last night ... Heaven ... slow ... slow cooked and it was like butter ... 4 ribs to the pack. As we are old farts we each only eat 1 rib at a time. That means two meals. Even though we still have a pack in the freezer I saw where there were only 4 left ... So, as of now they are sold out ... Hope they get more back soon.... Plan on doing a lot of business here ... Looking forward to trying our other purchases ... Thank you

    Fullblood Wagyu Short Ribs

    I cooked them in a slow cooker and if they had been any better I could not have stood it. I immediately ordered more and only the fear of the federal bank robbery laws prevents me from raising the funds required to completely fill my freezer with Fullblood Wagyu Beef from Double8Cattle Co.
