Here are a few of our favorite ideas for cooking with our Fullblood Wagyu Ground Beef: Tacos, burgers, chili, meatloaf, meatballs, lasagna, pasta sauces, and Shepard's Pie.

Recommended Internal Cooking Temps:
Rare - 120°-125°
Medium Rare - 130°-135°
Medium - 140°-145°
Medium Well - 150°-155°
Well Done - 160° and above

    Great

    We used this in several meals...My wife used it in a Meatloaf yesterday a d was Awesome...This Is the Best Hamburger Meat I have ever tasted...My wife dont even like Meatloaf but she said this was very good. Will definitely buy again..

    burger review

    I made burgers and my wife thought the flavor was excellent but the texture was soft because of the extreme tenderness of Wagyu beef. She likes her burgers med. to med. rare and I will cook longer next time to tighten up the meat. We are hooked on Wagyu.
