Purchased this steak for hubby’s birthday and he claims it was the best birthday present he has ever received. Watching him enjoy every single bite was also very entertaining and he talked about it for days. He is obsessed and even said I have to buy him another for MY birthday.
When I opened the package I couldn’t believe how amazing the marbling was it was even better than the pictures above. The steak was thin but that’s okay cause it cooked to med rare in no time as for taste it was beefy and tender and melts in your mouth.
Very very tasty. Could not have got a better flavour. Did expect it to be a bit thicker but seeing as 3 of us ended up eating it. There are no complaints to be found. Will definitely buy from them again.
I have had plenty of Wagyu and A5 over the years, but this was something to remember. Upon opening the box, I just started laughing. I have never seen A5 this marbled. “Marbling” doesn’t even describe it. This was a steak that you could eat with a straw. Thank you guys so much for the consistent quality! Double 8 for life!
