Authentic A5 graded Miyazakigyu Wagyu beef cubes come from the Miyazaki Prefecture on southern Japan’s Kyushu Island. Premium cut from the ribloin and striploin, these melt-in-your-mouth Japanese Wagyu beef cubes elevate any recipe. The versatile beef cubes are rich in flavor, extremely tender, and have a buttery finish. Perfect for any Saikoro Suteki (diced steak) recipe, Miyazakigyu Wagyu beef cubes can be cooked fairly quickly. Just add a little salt and/or pepper, if you prefer, and cook!

Cook to rare or medium-rare for best flavor and texture. Lightly oil the skillet, and when the oil is hot, add the cubes of meat. Sear the Miyazakigyu Wagyu beef cubes on all sides, allowing them to brown. Do not overcook. You can also sauté the cubes in a skillet by stirring them as they cook. Or you can fill a skillet about 1/3 of the way full with cooking oil and pan fry the cubes quickly at a high temperature.

Medium-Rare 130°-135°
Medium 140°-145°
Medium-Well 150°-155°
