Due to natural variations in our cattle, shape, size, and/or weight of individual cuts may vary. It is normal to see slight variations in color depending on both the type of product and the aging process.
PAN-BROIL / SKILLET:Preheat a large fry pan or cast iron skillet on high. You want the pan/skillet to be DRY and HOT. Once hot, place patties on the surface and let them develop a nice sear. Do not push down on the patties with a spatula. Again cook for 3-5 minutes per side, gently flipping only once. Once cooked to desired doneness, remove patties from pan/skillet and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
GRILL:Preheat to highest temp. Avoid placing the patties over direct flames/hot coals. The intramuscular fat will melt and drip during cooking, causing smokey flare-ups. Pushing down on the patties with a spatula will also cause flare-ups. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, flipping only once, or to your desired doneness. Remove patties from grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
BROIL:Move oven rack to top placement. Preheat broiler to highest setting. Make sure to use a broiling pan or sheet tray with lip. Place patties on broiling pan and place pan on you top oven rack. Broil 3-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes.

Steak was Very tender. Packaged well with dry ice and sealed, even in Arizona’s summer it was just fine. Tasty is unique and what I would describe as buttery. Quite buttery. Would recommend to try it out and also to share with someone, due to the flavor being somewhat rich. I plan on getting it again one day. Thanks double 8!

Awesome taste and texture. A great burger. Like a steak filet mignon burger. It swells a bit like a big marble is in it then it bursts in your bun when you bite it. Maybe I can learn to cook it without that. Other than that it is the second best burger I’ve ever had. I’m used to patties a bit thicker and smaller around. Just a preference of mine. You won’t be disappointed in this. I promise.
