FIRST STEP
Take the Fullblood Wagyu beef cubes out of the freezer, and place them in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.
PREPARING THE MARINADE
Place the Fullblood Wagyu beef cubes in a gallon-size Ziploc bag.
Place the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, coriander, turmeric, and Flatiron Pepper Company Dark and Smoky (you can substitute this ingredient with red pepper flakes if desired) in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
Pour the marinade into the Ziploc bag with the Wagyu beef cubes.
Allow the Wagyu beef to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (chef marinated them overnight).
PREPARING THE WAGYU BEEF KABOBS
Once the Wagyu beef has marinated, preheat the grill or flat top griddle to high.
If using a flat top griddle, coat it with the olive oil or butter.
Remove the Wagyu beef from the Ziploc bag, and place the beef cubes on skewers.
Once the grill or griddle is ready, place the Wagyu beef skewers on.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then, flip the kabobs over, and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
Once the internal temperature registers 135°F, take the Wagyu beef kabobs off the grill or griddle.
FINAL STEPS
Serve the Wagyu beef kabobs on or off the skewer, whichever you prefer.
Enjoy!
