  • 2 LB Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Ground Beef
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 1 Sweet Onion (chopped)
  • 1 TSP Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 LB Orecchiette Pasta
  • 1 Zucchini (grated)
  • 2 CUP Beef Broth
  • 1 1/2 CUP Whole Milk
  • 1 TBSP Ketchup
  • 2 CUP Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 BUNCH Parsley (chopped, to garnish)

            • Dutch Oven
            • Wooden Spatula
            • Grater
            • Cutting Board

            FIRST STEP

Take the Fullblood Wagyu ground beef out of the freezer, and place it in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.

Place a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the butter, chopped sweet onion, and Fullblood Wagyu ground beef to the Dutch oven.

Cook the beef until thoroughly browned, while breaking it up with a wooden spatula as you go.

Stir in the chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for approximately one more minute.

Add the Orecchiette pasta and grated zucchini, while mixing.

Next, add the beef broth, whole milk, and ketchup.

Continue to stir until evenly distributed.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Then reduce the heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

            FINAL STEPS

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, and continue to cook until the mixture is very creamy.

Divide the hamburger helper between bowls, and garnish with chopped parsley.

            Serve, and enjoy!
