Take the Fullblood Wagyu beef bacon out of the freezer, and place it in the refrigerator 24 hours before starting this recipe.
PREPARING THE DATES
Preheat oven to 390°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make a lengthwise cut on all of the dates, and remove the pits (if the dates are not already pitted).
Stuff each date with a 1/2 teaspoon-scoop of goat cheese, and sprinkle it with a pinch of kosher salt.
Make sure all of your Wagyu beef bacon strips have been sliced in half crosswise.
Wrap each date with a piece of bacon, and secure the bacon to the date with a toothpick
Place the Wagyu beef bacon-wrapped dates, seam-side-down, on the baking sheet.
FINAL STEPS
Place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake for 15-17 minutes or until the Wagyu beef bacon is crisp and browned.
Serve the cheese-stuffed and bacon-wrapped dates very warm, and enjoy!
