INGREDIENTS
1 LB Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Beef Bacon
1 CUP Sugar
1 CUP Brown Sugar
2 TSP Chipotle Powder
PREPARING THE CANDIED FULLBLOOD WAGYU BEEF BACON
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Mix together the sugars and chipotle powder.
Place each piece of Fullblood Wagyu bacon in the sugar mixture, gently pushing down on the mixture to ensure that the bacon is completely coated.
Place on a wire rack, and cook at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
FINAL STEPS
Allow the candied Fullblood Wagyu beef bacon to fully cool at room temperature.
Place the bacon in a bowl, serve, and enjoy!
